Access to water.

The proposal of universal access to water through a market price is ratified by the objective 6 of the UN Sustainable Development Agenda 2030.
Unfortunately, even in the industrialized countries it increases the number of those who fail to pay the water bill.
In France, the water cuts are prohibited by law since 2013. This change was never accepted by the Water Multinational (Veolia, Suez and Saur) which share the private management of the water market in the country. First they tried to change the law and not to apply it. Taken to task by several French Court decisions, they found another parade: ask the local authorities to pay for these cuts … in advance!
